With many uncertainties surrounding our lives, Mumbai's terror attack perfectly fit into the frame. Wednesday the 26th Nov was Mumbai's devastating moments of the era. With fresh shots gunned down, Mumbai's two star hotels and Nariman house emerged into terror grounds. These deafening shots continued as fierce war started late into the night on Thursday at these star hotels and Nariman House in South Mumbai. A group of 25 terrorists entered Mumbai from Gurajat and dispersed in different directions to cause chaos inside Mumbai. The first attack occurred at the Leopold cafe at 9.15 pm on Wednesday Nov 26 with 5 terrorists attacking the crowd inside the cafe with open fire. At about 9.30 pm, few terrorists holed up the star hotels and also ran into Nariman house building to start their attack. The terrorists surfaced until morning holding innocent people as hostages and also killing hotel staffs. Nearly 100 were trapped as hostages during the initial stages of attack. This fierce battle was ended with the entry of NSG commandos who rappelled down to free the victimized hostages. Even as India's Special Forces and police succeeded in freeing the hostages held inside the trapped zones, the ATS chief, Senior inspector, Maharastra DGP and few commandos have laid their lives during this rescue attempt. A NSG commander laid his life at the attempt to rescue four hostages held by terrorists at the religious center in Nariman House. Finally, after 60 hours of fight and struggle, the war ended with the lose of India's finest patriots. With my heart and soul plunged in grief, I pay my tribute to these great martyrs. May their soul rest in peace and God comfort their families. The lives laid down by these Javaans should remain an icon of Patriotism in the minds and heart of today's' youth. With this tragic incident taking the center stage, all Indians must rise up against terrorism that has been exploiting and deploring our nation on rational grounds.

Be-attitues of Effective Writing
Mostly us are good at oral communication but when we draft a mail or write a document we find it
difficult to dump our minds precisely. Following these Be-Attributes, you can win your writing
block in less time and ease. Frequent Writing - As simply stated "To write more with no block
you have to write more often". When you often write you tend to stay plugged with your writing
skills and there is tremendrous writing flow. Its been said that writing isnt that hard but sitting to
write makes a man feel too hard.
Using Outlines - It is always a good practice to outline whatever be your writing. As all of us work
in an IT work arena and we prefer to draft mails, write documents and test cases. Be it what, best
way to write, is by outlining your draft first. Outlining a draft is called a skeletone. If you are
writing is done periodically, like updating a document then, prepare a skeletone and save it.
Anytime you can open the skeletone and meat the document with the mandetory updates. This
saves a lot of time.
Use Templates - Template is basically a structure that helps you to place content appropriately.
For instance, if you have different content placed under different styles, you can create these
styles primarily and save them as a template. Everytime you prepare a document open the
template (having different styles), prepare the document using the styles and save a copy of it
locally as per your need. This helps you prepare a structured and a well organized document with
all the essential style that you need at any instance of writing.
Brainstoming/Captuating your Ideas - Now your writing mood, outline, and template is all set. But,
how would start your writing? All of us have our starters blinking to make a start. To make a
proper start with introduction, you could brainstom your mind by asking these questions - what is
this mail/document about? why do we need this mail/document? To whom is this mail/document
addressed? How deep/intense should I speak on the topic? Now pen down randomly whatever is
flashing in your mind. These points could later be correlated with the related informed that needs
to go into the draft.
Eyeing Topics - Now template with random ideas are ready. What is the next coin that we need
to move? Start penning down the topics/chapters that needs to go into the mail/document. Once
the topics are outlined, try to fit the randomly penned content at appropriate places. This would
concieve a rough mail/document by now.Growing with the Draft - Once a rough draft is ready you can go head fitting-in more topics and
content accordingly.
Finding Writing hours - Most of us write drafts or document hastily while leaving home or at edge
hours. While doing so we do not look back at what we have written. In general, content appeal to
look good at first shot but when we open the same content again, they appear to us with a
difference and we may even wonder if we were the owners of such drafts. So, its best to write
drafts at leisure hours and self-review our draft before sending them out at edge hours. Best to
follow a strict or favourite hours in morning or noon while preparing documents. This would result
in productive content.
Hope these be-attributes would help you write quality documents with ease.

An Inevitable Inheritance
Talent buried in us is greatly fathomed by mankind. Looking at the panaromic view of life, its a blissful feeling to accept that everyone is blessed with a talent. Its only that each of us need to expound the talent hidden within us. While I continue to ponder on talents, I remember a true story that happened in Lamp Town - Chicago.
Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Tina. Tina was an average student school and a very sensitive child at play. Since she was a silent child, people mocked at her and ignored her at times. Tina's mom Maria was an age- old sick lady. She was counting her days and also worried about her little daughter and her future. As Tina left to school everyday, she passed by a sign board reading "Join Mozart to learn Paino". Tina was coverted by this board. Everyday as she passed by, she would stop for a while near the Paino classroom door and listen to the lessons taught there.
Miss Fedrick, the Painoest at Mozart was an imperious personality. She kept observing Tina's visit and her hide outs to see whats going around. One day, Miss Fedrick stopped Tina by her shoulders and asked if she was interested in learning Paino. Tina wearing a hidden smile, replied NO as she was standing on a financial brink and never wanted to try on new ventures spending money.
Moved by her hidden love for learning Paino, Miss Fredrick agreed to teach Tina Paino at no cost. Tina happily agreed and started taking up classes. Everyday she watched children of her age walking to Mozart with instruments of varied shape and sizes. People discussed topics of varied music which sounded new to her. She was slow learner in taking piano lessons but her passion for music never declined. Miss Fedrick had sometimes given up with her learning as she was slow at her speed of learning but still continue to teach her. All of sudden Tina stopped attending classes and Miss Fredrick felt that it was a sign of relief and continue her ignorance on her not knowing why she stopped attending classes. Few days laters, the Children' Film society of America organized a Talent Hunt for children to exhibit their talent. Miss Fredick also had an offer to put up a show with Mozart music children. She decided to teach the children of her school play an opera.
All children were excited and were getting prepared with the lessons taught by Miss Fredrick. As they were preparing for the Opera, suddenly Tina popped-in one day and requested Miss Fredick to give her a show up at the opera. Miss Fredrick did not want to spoil the showcase and responded NO but Tina pleaded and finally Miss Fedrick agreed with a big sigh on her face.
Finally, the day came and children of various states were casing their talents on the ramp. Now it the was turn of Lamp Town Kids to show case their talent by their Opera. An amazing piece they played and they finally finished the opera with a bash. Now it was Tina's turn to play her piece what she has in store for the crowd. She started with low expressions on her keys but everyone were a bit worried as they knew her low grade at the Mozard school. But as she played the paino and there are immense cheer from the crowd. She was rocking the show with a bash of music. She was playing very well that Miss Fredrick was Num struck with her talent buried in her and how she tried her best to show case that.
After the show was over, results were annouced and the best performance prize was awarded to Tina to everyone's surprise and people felt happy on seeing her getting the master award. But Tina eyes were filled with tears. Miss Fredrick approached her and kissed the girl with a broad smile. She ask Tina how was able to play such a master piece with very less effort. Tina replied that her Mom had fallen very sick and this was the reason she could not turn up for the regular classes and before she died, her mother's last wish was that Tina should become a painoist and play the best music for her to hear it in heaven. When her mom told this Tina cried coz her mom was deaf and cannot hear her play any music and only she could hear her child's play paino in heaven. Speaking her last wishing Tina mom died. Tina energy boosted and she prepared her mind to play her best for her mother to hear her music after she reaches the pearly gates of heaven.
Isit this a lovely story for all of us to understand that all of us have talents in us. Tina never knew she was so talented in music. All she did was, she was passionate to learn paino though she could pay less attention to it. But her love for her mom to hear her play made her to unleash her talend lying inside her. Yes, friends all of us have a talent inherited within us, we only need to unleash it for the glory of God and happiness of people around us.
